About Geoffrey
I've worked in IT infrastructure since 1999. More than 25 years as a Citrix and NetScaler specialist on systems that cannot go down: public sector delivery organisations, 112 emergency control rooms, multi-site migrations, Citrix farms for thousands of users. Gateways and access security were daily work. Thinking about what happens when a system fails, and about who gets to see which data, is now reflex in the AI work.
In 2014 I started Go-Virtual as an independent IT provider. In 2024 the trade name Artificial Studio was added. Since early 2025 I've worked on it full time.
I build AI automation solutions for Dutch SMBs. Infra, integration and AI in one hand. No auto-publish: a person always signs off before anything goes out.

Voice AI phone intake
AI picks up the phone, runs a normal intake conversation and asks project-specific questions (type of work, location, dimensions, schedule). Qualified requests flow directly into CRM and email.
Every incoming call gets an intake, also outside office hours. The same structured questions on every request.
Automated lead follow-up via WhatsApp
Facebook and Instagram leads automatically routed into the CRM. A WhatsApp AI Agent opens the conversation, qualifies (service, planning, budget) and hands over to a team member on concrete interest.
